We source our spices in small batches and grind them weekly in our local facilities to ensure you receive the most potent and aromatic product possible.
What is the shelf life of your products?
While spices do not spoil, they lose potency over time. For maximum flavor, we recommend using ground spices within 6-12 months and whole spices within 1-2 years.
Do your spice blends contain MSG or anti-caking agents?
No, our signature blends are crafted with pure ingredients and contain no MSG, fillers, or artificial anti-caking agents. Natural clumping may occur.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
Are your spices gluten-free and allergen-friendly?
